Bakers Delight Wagga Wagga is seeking an experienced and reliable Retail Manager to lead the front-of-house retail team and support the smooth daily operation of the bakery. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day retail bakery operations
Supervise train and support retail staff
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment
Monitor sales stock levels wastage and daily store performance
Maintain product presentation merchandising and store cleanliness
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and workplace procedures
Assist with rostering staff performance and operational reporting
Requirements
Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable organised and able to manage a team
Good understanding of stock control and daily store operations
Availability to work early mornings weekends and public holidays as required
