THE ROLE

As Pastry Chef at Wyndham Lodge youll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences through high-quality desserts cakes pastries slices and baked products.

Prepare and present a variety of desserts pastries cakes slices and baked goods.
Develop seasonal and special occasion dessert offerings.
Ensure consistency quality and presentation standards across all products.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with regulatory requirements.
Assist with stock control ordering and inventory management.
Support themed events celebrations and special functions.
Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and broader hospitality team.

ABOUT YOU

Qualified Pastry Chef Baker or equivalent industry experience.
Experience producing high-quality desserts cakes pastries and baked goods.
Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
