Job Summary
Chef - Part-Time
$29.46 Penalty Rates 12% Superannuation
- Breakfast shifts - 5:30am-12:00pm
- 7 day rotating roster
- Parking available on site

THE POSITION
- Food preparation and cooking
- Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene safety infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards
- Friendly customer service
- Function work and large volume cooking
- Stocktake and control
- HACCP compliance food safety procedures and OH&S regulations
- General kitchen and cleaning duties as required.
THE PERSON
- Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery (Mandatory)
- An understanding of Café style food advantageous
- Can be highly organised & fast paced
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Experience in function work and large volume kitchen preferable
- Basic understanding of OH&S regulations food safety & HACCP compliance
