Heres a great opportunity for a Chef to come and join our small team at our clients cafe based in Mulgrave. This opportunity is on a Full Time basis working Monday to Friday from 6:30am 2:30pm.
THE POSITION
- Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
- Come up with creative menu ideas for our customers
- HACCP and food safety
- Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
- Influencing food costs via portion control waste minimisation and stock control
- Uphold a fantastic customer focus at all times
THE PERSON
- 2 years experience as a Chef in a high volume environment
- Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
- Talent and drive to work under pressure unsupervised and to tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
- Passion for understanding WHS Food Safety & HACCP regulations
