Were looking for an experiencedDefects/ Finishes Coordinatorwith a strong carpentry background who takes pride in fixing things properly not patching and walking away.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to theAftercare Manager youll play a key role in managing and closing out defects across our Class 2 residential projects including PSI inspections 90day defects DLP undertakings and BWRO items.

This is ahandson sitebased rolewhere your construction knowledge attention to detail and ability to deal confidently with clients and trades will be valued.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and close out defect rectification works across multiple projects
• Manage subcontractors and hold them accountable to quality and timeframes
• Get handson with defect repairs where required
• Maintain accurate defect records inProcoreandDLP Manager
• Liaise with residents strata managers and internal project teams
• Coordinate access to occupied buildings and attend strata meetings when needed
• Identify and escalate quality financial or reputational risks
• Support continuous improvement through lessonslearnt reviews

About You:

• At least 35 years experience in defects aftercare QA maintenance or finishes roles
• Strongcarpentry backgroundwith solid knowledge of Australian Standards and tolerances
• Finishes foreman experience highly regarded
• Organised detailfocused and solutionsdriven
• Confident communicator with a customerfocused mindset
• Proficient in Procore and MS Office
• NSW Drivers Licence
