Full-time Catering Supervisor
Brisbane QLD
- Monday-Friday role (occasional weekends)

The Position
- Oversee daily catering operations and assist in service delivery
- Lead motivate and support a small team to ensure high standards of food presentation and customer service
- Assist with food preparation and service as required
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels control costs and minimise wastage
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and service area
The Person
- Current Blue Card or ability to obtain
- Previous experience in a catering supervisory or team leader role (education environment advantageous)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confident using POS systems and handling cash
- Positive attitude strong work ethic and willingness to train and develop others
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
