Hutcheon and Pearce are seeking a proven leader to join our Wee Waa Team as the Branch Manager. You will be responsible for training and supporting your direct reports whilst providing extensive guidance and ensuring smooth operations within all areas of the Branches. As Branch Manager you are at the forefront of our operations: working towards creating and fostering an engaged high-performing and motivated team that continuously delivers exceptional customer experiences and achieves profitable growth of the Branches. You will be responsible for the development and execution of the branch business plans that align with the companys strategic goals as well as overall branch performance.
In this role you will:
Develop and execute branch business plans aligned with company strategy
Lead coach and mentor Sales Parts Service and Admin teams
Drive collaboration between branch staff and functional management
Champion the companys values mission and customerfirst approach
Oversee facility maintenance presentation safety and security
Manage customer escalations and maintain strong community relationships
Ensure financial performance across sales costs labour absorption and market share
Support departmental growth through communication guidance and operational best practice
You will bring:
Experience in dealership operations (parts service or sales preferred)
Knowledge of John Deere or similar agricultural equipment and industry trends
Strong leadership coaching and peoplemanagement skills
A proven ability to problem solve plan and deliver business goals
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency with standard computer applications (Microsoft Office online systems)
