About the Role

As ourProject Manager youll leadthe planning execution and delivery of key initiatives across the IronbarkFinancial Group business. From coordinating teams to managing budgets andtimelines youll ensure every project delivers measurable value whilst keepingstakeholders informed and engaged.

Youll be at the centre ofcross-functional collaboration solving challenges driving momentum managingchange and ensuring every detail supports the broader strategy.

About You

Youre someone who:

Has a strategic mindset that can translate business goals intoactionable project plans.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competingpriorities with confidence.

Builds strong relationships and communicates clearly at alllevels.

Knows how to lead teams resolve conflicts and keep everyonefocused on shared outcomes.

Anticipates risks and roadblocksand knows how to navigatethem.

Has strong financial management skills including experiencemanaging project budgets and resources.

Delivers projects on time on budget and with impact.

Qualifications & Experience

Tertiary qualification in Project Management or a relatedfield.

Proven experience in aProject Managerrole(minimum 24 years).

Experience in thefinancial advice sectororprofessional services is highly desirable.

Advanced project management skills

Strong business acumen that can align project delivery tobusiness strategy.

Excellent stakeholder engagement leadership and communicationskills.

Remunerationpackage offered ranges between$125000 -$145000 includingsuperdependent onlevel of education andexperience.
