Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Development: Recruit train and inspire a dynamic team. Lead by example and build a positive inclusive culture
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including stock management compliance scheduling and team coordination
Customer Experience: Maintain and elevate the Yiros Shop standard of service. Every guest deserves a warm welcome and a great meal
Financial Management: Drive profitability by managing costs maximising sales and meeting KPIs
Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure food safety cleanliness and health standards are upheld at all times
Brand Representation: Be a passionate ambassador for The Yiros Shop reflecting our values of authenticity quality and community in everything you do

What Were Looking For
Minimum 6 to 12 months management experience in hospitality or QSR
Proven ability to lead develop and motivate a team
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on KPIs and financial performance
Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving skills
High standards of food safety compliance and operational excellence
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences

Im Alert Food Safety Certificate (free online must be completed before starting)  Valid working rights in Australia (passport and visa grant letter for international workers)
RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
