JOB PURPOSE:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth implementing effective marketing strategies acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the laboratory equipment industry. A successful Sales & Marketing Officer for our company is one that meets or surpasses sales targets increases revenue and expands the client base while retaining existing customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Lead the sales team in prospecting qualifying leads and converting opportunities into successful client relationships.
  • Evaluate Sales team performance evaluation and train them in how to meet their targets and fulfill their role.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets expand market share and enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and market insights to identify and pursue new business opportunities including targeting key accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client acquisition to contract negotiation and client on boarding.
  • Drive product marketing initiatives including the development of marketing materials campaigns and digital content to showcase our product portfolio and value proposition.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction retention and opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
  • Stay abreast of market trends competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic decisionmaking and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide leadership mentorship and support to the sales and marketing team fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams including operations logistics and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Timely and accurate reporting as directed by the supervisor.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.



Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or related Subjects
Work experience: 2 years experience selling laboratory equipment s.
Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word & Power point Email etiquette
Language: English proficiency both written and spoken.
Drivers License: Class D
