Salary Range : RM 3000 RM 5000

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Management: Develop and execute recruitment plans for various roles manage the anchor team handle employee issues.
2. Compensation and Benefits Management: Administer compensation and benefits plans.
3. Compliance with Labor Laws: Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian labor laws handle employee contracts and regulations.
4. Onboarding and Offboarding Management: Oversee onboarding assist with offboarding manage attendance and employee files.

Qualifications:

• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR and recruitment in Malaysia live streaming industry experience preferred.
• Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws strong recruitment skills excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Language: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) basic proficiency in Malay.
