ملخص الوظيفة
The Delivery Deputy Director oversees the entire development process for the primary and/or distribution infrastructure projects belonging to his portfolio with the following responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for all project activities.
Ensure alignment of project objectives with overall program goals.
Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure seamless project delivery and assist the Client in stakeholder management
Monitor project progress addressing highlevel issues and risks and resolving bottlenecks to maintain timelines.
Drive daytoday delivery management of infrastructure projects.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
Act as the primary operational contact for clients and consultants ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Ensure consultant deliverables align with program requirements and timelines.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum 20 years of experience in infrastructure project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Demonstrated experience in leading largescale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure development construction management and urban planning
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent skills in budgeting financial management and risk management
- Proven ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in infrastructure development
- Willingness to relocate to AlUla Saudi Arabia
