Are you passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional service Sofitel Bahrain is looking for a dedicated In-Room Dining Waiter to join our dynamic team! This role is a fantastic opportunity for a local candidate who is enthusiastic professional and eager to contribute to an extraordinary guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Take and deliver in-room dining orders in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all orders are presented beautifully and meet the high standards of Sofitel.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining area.
Provide personalized friendly service to our guests ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions about items on the menu.
Qualifications :
Local candidates preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and the desire to make the guest experience memorable.
Flexible and willing to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
