On behalf of our client we are looking for a Waiter to join their team in Bahrain.

Job Summary

The waiter/waitress position involves providing excellent customer service by taking orders serving food and beverages and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner

Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items

Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff

Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner

Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Process payments and operate the POS system

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers

Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math skills for handling payments

Knowledge of food and beverage menu items

Ability to lift and carry trays of food and drinks

Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays

Food safety training/certification is a plus
