الوصف الوظيفي
- Record accurate accounting entries for all transactions including liabilities and assets.
- Review and reconcile the daily pharmacy closing reports and cash balances
- Record and file daily operational expenses with proper documentation
- Handle and monitor Head Office cash and ensure all cash-related transactions are properly recorded and reconciled
- Reconcile and handle the Payables Trade or Non-Trade ( Supplier s Invoice - PO from our system - EFD ) supposed to match
- Submit the Payroll and the Withholding tax in TRA
- Ensure Financial Accounting and Reporting
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Billing and Payments
- Project Costing Budgeting and Control
- Proper documentation and record keeping
- Audit and Compliance
- Inventory management and fixed assets
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a recognized institution in accounts and finance with CPA.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role especially in pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience with Pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in financial matters
