Line of Service and Overview:

Managed Services is the delivery and execution business within PwC providing operational solutions for clients. It brings the best of PwCs advisory capabilities our technology expertise and our operational delivery to help clients solve complex problems

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the clients priorities starting from onboarding operator competency matrix building to leadership training and organization capability building Identify training needs benchmark what is existing internally within and design programs that address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
  • Program Management: Oversee the design delivery and evaluation of learning programs ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and its employees. Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives and measure their impact on business performance.
  • Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs aimed at nurturing future leaders within the organization Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance leadership skills and competencies.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Guide mentor and develop a network of site functional development professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities fostering a culture of
  • continuous learning and high-performance. Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment on learning initiatives with organizational goals and talent management strategies and support for functional development initiatives.
  • External insights: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within functional areas.
  • Compliance & Standards and Budget Management: Ensure all learning and development activities comply with policies and regulatory requirements. Manage the budget for learning and development initiatives ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Education Learning Technologies Business or related field (Masters or MBA is a plus) Training related Certifications in relevant fields would be advantageous

Years of Experience:

10 years experience with training academy operations experience ideally for GCC-based customers. Note the role will require frequent travel to KSA
