الوصف الوظيفي
To manage all financial activities of the company ensuring sound financial planning project-based cost control accounting accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The Finance Manager plays a key role in supporting operational decisions managing risk and enhancing the company s financial performance across MEP and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts.
- Work closely with project managers to analyse cost-to-complete and project profitability.
- Maintain general ledger and oversee AR AP payroll and fixed assets.
- Manage and optimize financial modules in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle MS Dynamics).
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Provide financial input for project bids tender pricing and feasibility studies.
- Support management with financial models and investment analysis.
Requirements
Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor s degree in finance Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role with 3 years in MEP or engineering/construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting cost control and tax compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to lead teams and manage deadlines under pressure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
