RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Content Crea-on & Cura-on
Develop engaging content (graphics videos reels carousels) for social media newsletters blog posts and more.
Plan and manage a vibrant content calendar that aligns with brand campaigns key moments and events.
Stay on top of trends (local & global) and use them to enhance brand storytelling.
2. Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day posting and interaction across our digital channels (Instagram LinkedIn X Facebook YouTube TikTok etc.).
Monitor engagement community conversations and insights to inform content decisions.
Create fresh bold copy that reflects the voice of our brand and connects with our audience.
3. Campaign Execu-on & Support
Assist in executing digital campaigns product/program launches webinars and partnerships.
Work with the team to boost reach impressions and meaningful interactions.
Support paid ad campaigns and basic SEO best practices.
4. Analy-cs & Growth
Track and report performance across channels suggest data-driven improvements.
A/B test formats content styles and post times to grow engagement.
Help shape brand voice and digital identity through constant iteration and creativity.

Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
Degree/diploma in Marketing Communications Media or related field (or equivalent work experience).
At least 1 2 years of hands-on digital marketing or social media management.
Experience using content tools (Canva Cap Cut Adobe Suite Meta Ads Manager or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and aaen6on to detail.
Familiarity with multiple platforms (Instagram LinkedIn X TikTok)
Knowledge of email marke6ng tools SEO basics and Comfortable with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp Kit etc.)
