الوصف الوظيفي
- Plan launch and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads Meta Ads TikTok Ads).
- Manage and grow MASAJ s social media channels (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok).
- Develop content strategies together with the Content and Design team.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights (Google Analytics Meta Business Suite).
- Drive SEO/SEM initiatives in collaboration with our marketing team.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automations (newsletters promotions).
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify new digital opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Track and report on KPIs to support business growth and marketing efficiency.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and contribute ideas to the team.
Requirements
- 3 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
- Experience running performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads Meta Ads TikTok Ads).
- Strong skills in social media marketing and content strategy.
- Solid knowledge of SEO SEM and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar).
- Proficient in Google Analytics Meta Business Suite and campaign reporting.
- Excellent written English; Arabic is a plus.
- A strong team player ability to collaborate with remote colleagues across functions.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-starter comfortable working in a remote team environment.
