الوصف الوظيفي
1. Liquidity & Cash Management
- Monitor daily cash position and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
- Optimize working capital and develop cash flow forecasting models.
2. Funding Strategy & Capital Structure
- Lead the development and execution of medium- and long-term funding strategies.
- Evaluate and secure funding options (e.g. bank loans bonds securitization credit lines).
- Structure and negotiate financing arrangements and lease-backed facilities.
3. Treasury Operations & Controls
- Oversee daily treasury operations including payments cash pooling intercompany transactions.
- Maintain a robust internal control environment to prevent fraud and errors.
4. Financial Risk Management
- Identify monitor and mitigate risks related to interest rate currency and liquidity.
- Implement and manage hedging strategies as needed.
5. Banking & Investor Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks financial institutions and investors.
- Manage bank account structures fees and covenant compliance.
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely treasury reporting to internal stakeholders and regulators.
- Comply with relevant financial legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g. IFRS Basel AML/KYC local central bank regulations).
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
- Treasury-related certifications (e.g. CTP CFA ACT) are a strong advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in a leasing banking asset finance or capital-intensive financial services environment is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in raising debt capital and managing complex treasury operations.
