Job Description

Lead the strategic transformation of our Australian Supply Chain driving innovation in digital automation and sustainability while shaping the future of our network operations and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supply chain transformation strategies in alignment with global objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end project and program management including automation site development and lease management.
  • Spearhead digital supply chain initiatives from systems digitization to cultural adoption.
  • Champion sustainability efforts serving as the primary lead for decarbonization and zero-waste programs.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize costs streamline processes and guide strategic decisions.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and high engagement.

  • Proven ability to inspire teams and lead large-scale change in fast-paced complex environments.
  • Deep knowledge of logistics operations and best practices with formal CI and project management methodology experience.
  • Strong track record in transformation IBP CAPEX and enterprise-wide project delivery.
  • Hands-on experience driving digital initiatives and automation integration.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to align cross-functional priorities.
  • Strong judgment ethical leadership and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
