Job Description
Lead the strategic transformation of our Australian Supply Chain driving innovation in digital automation and sustainability while shaping the future of our network operations and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain transformation strategies in alignment with global objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end project and program management including automation site development and lease management.
- Spearhead digital supply chain initiatives from systems digitization to cultural adoption.
- Champion sustainability efforts serving as the primary lead for decarbonization and zero-waste programs.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize costs streamline processes and guide strategic decisions.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and high engagement.

- Proven ability to inspire teams and lead large-scale change in fast-paced complex environments.
- Deep knowledge of logistics operations and best practices with formal CI and project management methodology experience.
- Strong track record in transformation IBP CAPEX and enterprise-wide project delivery.
