**HR Recruiter (Female)**
This is a full-time role as an HR recruiter in Jubail Saudi Arabia. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates conducting interviews screening resumes and managing recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for bringing together top-notch talent for our esteemed clients.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards social media platforms and professional networks to identify potential candidates within the Engineering sector.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications skills and suitability for specific roles ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Prepare and post job ads to different job portals and groups.
- Maintain and develop the pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
- Ability to identify and engage with passive and active candidates.
- Continuously strive to improve recruitment service & efficiency.
- Work closely with our recruitment & business development teams to market map lead generate and build capable candidate pools to shortlist from.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration IT or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment.
- Previous experience in recruitment and talent acquisition with a focus on Oil & Gas Construction or IT sectors is preferable.
- High level of organization attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to monitor & evaluate your performance building on strengths and identifying areas to develop.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills are preferable.
- Proficient in using MS Office especially MS Excel and MS Word.
