Our client a renowned digital marketing agency is seeking a Sales Manager in Beirut Lebanon. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for elevating the companys brand presence and driving substantial revenue growth across a key portfolio of agencies and clients within the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and of strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities to expand the companys presence within the market.
- Strengthen and grow existing partnerships with toptier agencies and clients ensuring longterm success.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients/agencies positioning the company as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their business objectives and propose tailored company solutions that address their needs and goals.
- Partner with internal teams to create and implement effective market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Provide strategic input to the internal teams sharing market insights and feedback that will drive continuous improvement in product offerings and client experience.
- Monitor analyze and report on sales performance pipeline development and strategic account growth to the Sales Director.
- Deliver compelling presentations case studies and sales materials that resonate with senior stakeholders and influence decisionmaking.
- Act as a thought leader within the region sharing best practices insights and thought leadership on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in B2B advertising and/or marketing sales preferably with international organization clients.
- Proven track record of delivering strong sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales strategy process and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and decisionmaking skills with a proven ability to solve reallife problems.
