To oversee and ensure the smooth running of all aspects of HR from recruitment and staff training to payroll and performance reviews. You will be reporting to the HR & Administration Manager but your experience should demonstrate that you are able to assume responsibility from day one.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To assist in maintaining and developing HR and Administration policies ensure compliance and contribute to develop HR policies.
- To prepare daily attendance report and get any report from Heads of the department and send report to all Managers.
- To collaborate with other departments in case of matter concerning employees issue which need someone to be accountable as well as management.
- To prepare the letter/ document concerning employee termination contract probation disciplinary issues and confirmation.
- To attain the matters relating to the administrative activities such as maintenance and to call respective person needed in case of any damage/ repair of office items make follow up and keep record
- To control leave roster of all departments and share status every month
- To monitor timely update leave on the system and leave reports with management.
- To monitor review and update supplier consultant and service provider agreement with a company
- To prepare all staff contract and renewing process of contract
- To assist in preparing the payroll by using the system for all the companies
- To follow up Performance evaluation and assessment from every staff and do documentation and keep reference
- To do quarter Performance Appraisal Analysis and recommendation from every department by providing feedback to the staff and to do departmental performance analysis
- To prepare a training and development plan of the whole year and when requested by considering Individual environmental and an organization need.
Other Duties:
- To perform other duties assigned by direct supervisor or MD.
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience: A minimum of three years of experience working in human resources function
