Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Relationship Management:
Establish develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (distributors
resellers affiliates etc..
Recruit new channel partners and onboard existing ones.
Provide training support and resources to partners to ensure they can effectively sell the
companys products or services.
Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with partners.
2. Channel Strategy Development:
Develop and implement channel strategies aligned with the companys overall business goals.
Set clear goals for channel sales and track progress towards those goals.
Identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform channel strategies.
3. Communication and Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams (sales marketing product development) to ensure alignment on
channel strategies.
Communicate channel activities and updates to internal stakeholders.
Foster effective communication between the company and its channel partners.
4. Performance Management:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners and adjust strategies as needed.
Identify areas for improvement in channel performance and implement solutions.
Ensure that partners are meeting their sales targets and quotas
5. Develop and manage channel marketing programs.
Conduct market research and analysis.
Provide presentations and demonstrations to partners.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree: A bachelors degree in business marketing communications or a related field is often a minimum requirement.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with channel partners.

- CRM Software Experience: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other sales tools is often required.
