Position: Business Development Manager – IT Domain

Experience: 5 years in IT B2B Sales (IT Service based)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Growth:
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Understand client needs and align offerings to address business challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful presentations and close deals.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Maintain proactive communication with leads and clients.
Address inquiries confidently with in-depth product/service knowledge.
Foster trusts and builds lasting relationships with prospective clients.
Market Research & Reporting: Track market trends competitor strategies and
customer behavior.
Share insights with leadership and product teams for strategic input.
Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver monthly sales performance reports.
Domestic & International Sales Focus:
Manage sales efforts across both Domestic and International markets.
Represent the company at industry events and business forums to expand
networks.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and scale to a high-performance Inside Sales
team.
Allocate team resources efficiently to achieve sales targets. Promote a collaborative
and goal-driven team culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B IT Sales/Business Development.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and organizational capabilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and
Microsoft Office suite.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
Knowledge of modern sales methodologies and tools.
Note: Candidate should be flexible to work on any shift.
