As a Performance Marketing Lead you will be responsible for driving the companys paid digital marketing strategy optimizing campaign performance and achieving profitable growth across various digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Performance Marketing strategy across Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram) TikTok Pinterest and other paid media channels.
- Plan create and manage creative assets tailored for different audiences.
- Conduct ongoing data analysis and campaign optimization to improve ROAS CPA and LTV.
- Work closely with the creative content and data teams to develop highperforming marketing campaigns.
- Run A/B testing on creatives ad copy and landing pages.
- Research market trends and identify new opportunities for digital growth.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure costefficient scaling.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics Meta Business Suite GTM and custom dashboards to monitor performance.
Requirements :
- 2 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on PPC and Performance Marketing.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager TikTok Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience managing international campaigns in global markets.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Creativity initiative and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Fluent English a must.
