As the Distribution & Revenue Manager you will play a pivotal role in optimizing reservations pricing and channel distribution to maximize revenue across all platforms. This role blends analytical strategy with hands-on oversight to deliver exceptional financial performance and guest satisfaction. Under the light of Director of Revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Reservations team ensuring every booking interaction is guest-focused and conversion-driven.
- Oversee distribution channels and systems protecting rate integrity while maximizing occupancy and revenue.
- Manage high-value and VIP reservations personally delivering thoughtful and seamless experiences.
- Partner with the Director of Revenue Management to monitor market trends demand shifts and competitor activity to shape pricing and inventory strategies.
- Optimize room inventory to balance groups events and leisure bookings for the best yield across all segments.
- Drive direct booking initiatives and upsell strategies turning opportunities into revenue.
- Mentor coach and inspire the Reservations team fostering a culture of excellence personalization and performance.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Reservations and/or Revenue Management within luxury hospitality.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial strategies.
- A guest-first mindset balanced with a sharp focus on driving results.
- Experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced pre-opening or dynamic environment.
- Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of PMS CRS GDS and distribution systems.
