We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution for our residential roofing business. This role requires a versatile marketer with strong expertise across SEO PPC social media advertising and lead generation.
The ideal candidate will be analytical creative and hands-on able to manage campaigns optimize performance and test new strategies to drive consistent inbound leads. Prior experience in residential roofing construction or home services marketing is highly preferred but not required.
SEO Optimization: Manage on-page and off-page SEO keyword research and local optimization to drive organic visibility.
Google My Business & Local SEO: Optimize listings for local search reputation and customer engagement.
Paid Advertising: Run and optimize campaigns on Google Ads Google Local Services and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
Lead Generation: Test and implement strategies to drive high-quality leads focusing on cost per acquisition (CPA) and ROI.
Campaign Tracking & Analytics: Monitor KPIs (CTR conversion rates CPA ROI) analyze campaign performance and report actionable insights.
Content & Creative Oversight: Collaborate on ad copy landing pages and creative assets to ensure alignment with brand and market needs.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor strategies
Continuous Improvement: Test and iterate strategies to improve performance reduce costs and maximize lead generation.
Proven experience managing SEO PPC (Google Ads/Local Service Ads) and paid social campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital lead generation strategies and performance tracking.
Ability to analyze KPIs and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
Experience with Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
Excellent communication organization and project management skills.
Preferred: Marketing experience in residential roofing or home services (not required but a strong plus).
