سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed-term this role you will partner with hiring managers to attract engage and hire top talent that aligns with our business needs. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.
Whats On Your Plate
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs role requirements and team culture.
Proactively source screen and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels (job boards LinkedIn social media networking referrals).
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance ensuring efficiency and quality at each stage.
Conduct structured interviews role-specific assessments and reference checks.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on recruitment progress and market insights.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance our presence in the talent market.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Stay informed on industry trends salary benchmarks and competitive hiring practices.
Qualifications :
