  • Talent Management & Succession Planning:
    Implement succession frameworks and develop high-potential talent.

  • Organizational Development & Capacity Building:
    Drive capability-building initiatives and lead change management.

  • Learning & Development:
    Design L&D strategies and oversee training execution using digital tools.

  • Centre of Excellence (CoE):
    Establish and manage CoEs for L&D OD and leadership development.

  • Leadership Development:
    Run programs for all leadership levels using assessments and coaching.

  • Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
    Lead DEI programs workshops and track progress on key metrics.

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
    Collaborate with leaders and HRBPs; provide data-driven talent insights.
