Develop implement and continuously improve work readiness career exploration and workforce development curriculum tailored to diverse learning needs.
Deliver group and individualized instruction in classroom community-based and virtual settings.
Assist individuals with career planning resume development interview preparation job applications and employment goal setting.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Education Social Work or related field plus three (3) years of experience providing employment and training services to people with disabilities or equivalent amount of education and experience.
Valid NYS Drivers License required.
Strong organizational communication instructional and documentation skills essential.
Experience with curriculum development vocational assessment Pre-ETS ACCES-VR services and community-based employment services preferred.
