We are looking for individuals who share our Mission Vision and Core position will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations HR and Training department. They will be responsible for facilitating daily HR and Training administrative what you will do:include the following and other duties may be Forms I-9 verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background new-employee customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions in officeover the phone and through verification of audits of personnel files and other HR files weekly/ andmaintains accurate and up-to-date personnel files digital files and in processing background checks and schedule fingerprint appointments and/or renewals as to employees when compliance items training and certificates are needed to multitask while efficiently meeting several required photocopies; mails scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical documents into appropriate employee employee records and checking for incoming messages andresponding to and/or forwarding as with scheduling maintain training requirements and certifications for all and communicating to Directors and Supervisors regarding Training Compliance(weekly).Process new hire training information and file it. Follow up with the Director and/or Supervisor if items are not incompliance after the employee internal training tracking systems for various all employee paperwork and files are maintained in accordance with legal requirementsand organizational policy and closely with other departments to assist with HR and training all employee paperwork files and automated systems are maintained in accordancewith legal requirements and company policies and general Human Resources office support closely with other departments and all employees to assist with HR and other related duties as Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication interpersonal and customer service organizational skills and attention to understanding of human resource principles practices and time management skills with a proven ability to meet to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful with Microsoft Office Suite or related bilingualVisit our website at: Experience:
