Wereseeking a Vice President Cyber Operations to lead one of Adobes most critical global security organizations. This leader will partner with the Chief Security Officer to shape and guide the future of Cyber Operations! They will improve proactive defense increase detection and response and enhance a strong information-based security posture.
This role builds on a solid foundation and will develop how Adobe anticipates detects and responds to threats globally. It protects our infrastructure data and people while supporting ongoing business growth.
Role Summary
The Vice President of Cyber Operations leads a global organization responsible for end-to-end cyber defense across Adobes enterprise and cloud environments.This includes three core pillars:
Enterprise Security Secures Adobes workforce and enterprise environment through identity and access management authentication and authorizationendpointand device security and zero trust-aligned infrastructure protections. This team ensures strong foundational controls that safeguard Adobe identities systems and data.
Adobe Cyber Defense Center Serves as Adobes central threat detection and response function delivering 24/7 monitoring incident response detection engineering and threat intelligence. This teamis responsible foridentifying investigating and rapidlycontainingthreats across Adobes global environment.
Security Engineering Builds andoperatesthe security platforms data infrastructure and tooling that power Cyber Operations. This includes security telemetry and advanced capabilities such as data platforms and machine learning that enable scalable proactive defense.
This leaderoperatesat the intersection of strategy execution and leadershipsetting direction delivering operational excellence and building a high-performing organization capable of responding to a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

What You Need to Succeed
Experience &Expertise
15 years in information security with deep Cyber Operations experience
10 years leading large global multi-layer organizations
Experience operating at VP level or with equivalent experience
Experience leadingCyberOpsin a large-scale cloud or SaaS environment
Track recordbuilding and scaling global security organizations
Deep technical depth across security subject areas
Leadership Capabilities
Experience leading organizations of 100 employees
Ability to set enterprise strategy and drive execution

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$520500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California the pay range for this position is $334800 - $520500 In Washington the pay range for this position is $303200 - $471350
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
