Role Overview
The Travel Support Advisor assists clients throughout the travel planning process by providing timely support coordinating arrangements and helping ensure a smooth and organized experience. This role focuses on communication accuracy and dependable follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients with travel-related questions and requests
- Assist with coordinating travel arrangements including accommodations transportation and activities
- Review itineraries and booking details for accuracy
- Communicate updates confirmations and important travel information
- Support adjustments or changes to existing travel plans
- Maintain clear and organized client records
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer support skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Comfortable working with online tools and booking platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in customer service administrative support or hospitality is a plus
