The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for aTechnical Services Specialist II to supportour Transfusion Division.
This role provides specialized technical support for medical diagnostic product development and production handling complex non-routine tasks involving equipment and procedures. It requires strong problem-solving through data analysis and research with work directly impacting operations cost and overall efficiency.
Shift:
Monday to Friday
6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
What Youll Work On
- Maintain quality system effectiveness and regulatory compliance
- Provide advanced technical support across multiple disciplines
- Execute complex non-routine tasks with judgment and creativity
- Drive process improvements using data and analysis
- Interpret/create technical documentation drawings and test procedures
- Support engineering with prototypes testing and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
