Account Payable Specialist (Entry Level)

As an Account Payable Specialist you will play a vital role in managing financial operations and ensuring timely transaction processing. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will contribute significantly to our mission and the financial health of our organization. We offer a competitive salary range of $54567 - $65748 annually along with comprehensive training and growth opportunities within our supportive environment.

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify all invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports
• Maintain organized records of financial documents
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Facilitate timely payment of invoices
• Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed
• Stay up-to-date with relevant financial regulations and non-profit best practices

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus
• Basic understanding of accounts payable processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
