Our Client is seeking a Store General Manager for a bakery location in Sandy Springs GA. Full-time position in the Operations department reporting to the Regional Director.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with company standards policies and operational procedures across the bakery
Monitor store performance and ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs
Analyze sales labor and cost metrics; implement action plans to improve performance
Maintain brand standards in product quality service and store presentation
Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure consistency and efficiency
Train coach and support franchisee and staff on operational excellence and service standards
Conduct regular store evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation regulations
Support inventory control ordering processes and cost management to minimize waste
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure proper resolution aligned with brand values
Collaborate with corporate teams (marketing operations R&D) to implement new initiatives
Execute corporate-driven promotions and local store marketing efforts
Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen brand reputation within the community
Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend improvements to franchisee and corporate
Qualifications
5 years of successful bakery management history
Experience with bread (preferred)
Basic food safety understanding and practice
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite - Word Excel and PowerPoint
Korean Language not required
