Sr. Technical Program Manager, Global Network Deployment (GND)

Job Summary
Youll join a diverse team of software hardware and network engineers supply chain specialists security experts operations managers and other vital roles. The successful candidate for this role will create sustainable processes and standards; and drive automation opportunities to reduce delivery cycle times and to improve quality without impacting network availability.
The mission of the team is to deliver network capacity on time with zero rework. The GND Technical Program Manager will support the implementation and delivery of inbound capacity and equipment. They will be responsible for bringing efficiencies in operations and allow the team to scale.
Key job responsibilities
1. Resolves Planning gaps by driving joint outcomes with stakeholder teams within GND.
2. Owns identifying where systematic issues are blocking planner throughput driving those to resolution across team boundaries.
3. Collaborates on initiatives within GND that impact Planning (e.g. attend MBRs) and ensures that AMER EMEA and APAC regional teams are learning from each other rather than solving the same problems in silos.
4. Provides forward visibility surfacing risks before they become blockers engaging the right decision-makers and driving resolution so planners stay focused on planning and their time is not spent chasing other teams.
5. Ensures solutions are grounded in how planners actually work translating operational pain points into actionable requirements representing planning in design discussions and validating that what ships actually solves the problem.
6. Owns how improvements land in the planning workflow - sequencing rollouts enabling planners and confirming that the change actually helps. Drives adoption of tools.
7. Optimizes business processes through Agentic AI solutions.

- 5 years of program management or technical project management experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related technical field
- Experience in written and oral communication including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical business executive)
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Knowledge of data center infrastructure design operations or delivery
- Knowledge of networking

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
