What You Will Do

• Lead daily inventory management operations to ensure accuracy availability and compliance across all warehouse and materialhandling activities
• Supervise a team of logistics personnel including hiring training performance management and developing future leaders
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts discrepancy resolution material audits and rootcause/corrective actions
• Ensure timely material flow to production kitting and shipping/receiving areas by coordinating closely with Operations Supply Chain Quality and Planning
• Monitor inventory health metrics (accuracy cycle count performance aging excess/obsolete risks) and implement improvement actions
• Support audits and compliance activities including property management classified material handling and recordkeeping requirements
• Drive standardization of warehouse practices including labeling storage methods material traceability and SAP/PRISM transaction discipline
• Collaborate on layout optimization warehouse capacity planning and material flow improvements to support rate increases and multiprogram growth
• Promote a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement within the logistics team
• Ensure adherence to all company processes security requirements and government regulations

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• People management/leadership skills.
• The ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance.
• US Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Demonstrated peopleleadership skills with experience guiding large and complex teams
• Clear understanding of hazardous material classifications specifically Class 1
• Experience handling hazardous materials including Class 1 compatibility rules within a DoD or defensecontractor environment
• Strong understanding of regulations governing the handling processing and movement of dangerous or sensitive materials (CFR DFARS FAR ITAR DoD DSS)
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence across organizational levels and functions
• Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

Clearance Information: This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
