Job Summary
Site Manager Solar & BESS (Full-Time) Sulphur Springs TX
Seeking an experienced Site Manager to serve as the Owners on-site representative for a utility-scale Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. The role involves overseeing EPC contractors coordinating with local authorities and inspectors ensuring environmental and permit compliance monitoring construction progress and supporting field issue resolution. Responsibilities also include coordinating Owner-furnished equipment deliveries managing site logistics maintaining daily site records and providing regular progress reports.
Requirements:
Experience on at least 2 3 completed utility-scale solar projects in the U.S. in a site-based construction field supervision or similar role.
Strong knowledge of solar PV construction including civil/grading work pile driving racking module installation and electrical balance of plant (EBOP).
Familiarity with SWPPP stormwater management and environmental compliance requirements.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors inspectors and project teams.
Must be available full-time on-site and capable of making independent field-level decisions.
