Job Summary
Growing $60M Heavy Equipment Distributor/Dealer seeking a talented Service Manager. This company sells and rents high qualityearthmoving compaction paving and milling machines crushing and screening equipment trailers and material handling equipment. This position will manage a team of 9 Field Technicians and 3 Shop Technicians to service and repair large heavy equipment on site and in the field. This position reports to the President.
- Must have a deep knowledge of heavy equipment - maintenance and repair (mining construction road buildingequipment systems engines and components).
- HS Diploma or GED technical vocational trade school education is preferred
- Must have 3-5 years experience in shop management
- Must have good communication skills organizational skills management skills and computer skills.
- Base 90-125k base with bonus and very good health benefits 401k etc. Relocation assistance is available if needed.
