Incident Reporting Manager - Blockchain/DLT Systems
Jersey City NJ (onsite Mandatory)
Min 10 years in Financial Services IT Service Management (ITSM) Operational Risk or Production Support with at least 1-2 years dedicated to blockchain or decentralized applications (dApps).
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise blockchain mechanics (e.g. Ethereum/EVM Hyperledger Corda) consensus mechanisms gas optimization and smart contract logic.
Tooling Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with institutional ITSM platforms (ServiceNow Jira) and blockchain analytics tools (Splunk Dune block explorers).
