govSolutions Inc. an Authorized MillerKnoll Dealership is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee office furniture and workplace solution projects from start to finish. The Project Manager works closely with clients sales representatives vendors and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from order placement through final installation.
- Coordinate schedules with clients vendors and installation crews.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate project updates with customers and internal team members.
- Track orders deliveries and installation progress.
- Resolve minor project issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate project files reports and documentation.
- Conduct project closeout and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support office moves furniture reconfigurations and warranty service coordination.
- Follow company policies and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 13 years of project coordination or project management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel and Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
