Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive ServiceNow Lead to oversee the design implementation administration and support of ServiceNow modules across a large enterprise environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow engineering within a DevSecOps cloud environment strong leadership capabilities and expertise in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms and SaaS solutions.
  • This role requires collaboration with IT Operations Security DevOps teams and federal customers to deliver scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design implementation administration and support of ServiceNow platforms and modules across the enterprise.
  • Manage and optimize ServiceNow ITSM ITOM CMDB Discovery and Asset Management modules.
  • Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party SaaS platforms using APIs.
  • Lead engineering teams in Agile and project-based environments to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Design and document implementation plans technical solutions workflows and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations Security Infrastructure DevOps and business stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise cloud initiatives involving AWS infrastructure and ServiceNow integrations.
  • Develop custom ServiceNow functionality using server-side and client-side scripting.
  • Implement DevSecOps best practices automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations status updates and solution overviews to customers and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Account Program Managers to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with federal customer requirements and security standards.


Required Skills:

  • 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation administration and engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM ITOM CMDB Discovery and Asset Management.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform customization and development.
  • Strong experience in DevSecOps Engineering and Automation.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise platforms using REST APIs and Web Services.
  • Strong understanding of AWS Cloud Infrastructure including:
  • EC2
  • S3
  • VPC
  • Cloud Automation Tools
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD Pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise digital infrastructure including:
  • Servers
  • Storage
  • Networking
  • Experience with JavaScript and Python scripting for ServiceNow customization and automation.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong technical leadership and team management experience.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale integrated platforms.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR 12 years of experience with a High School Diploma/Equivalent.
  • AWS Certifications (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Associate).
  • ServiceNow Certifications including:
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)
  • Other relevant ServiceNow certifications
  • Experience supporting federal government customers.
  • Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiatives.
