Salary:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $23 - $31.09 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidates experience qualifications and/or skillset.

Summary:

Responsible for planning and scheduling the Field Service Technicians for installations repairs and maintenance work.  In addition this position will be expected to identify opportunities for additional leads and upselling a broad range of other service products.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain cases workorders and workflow of the customers request of service. 
• Utilize the service management system to accurately input the customers information and equipment.
• Schedule an appropriate time for service.
• Send quotes order confirmations and invoices to customers.
• Continuously audit mature cases work orders bookings NAV Report and posts.
• Assist Regional Service Managers in emergency scheduling monitor the closing out of open orders.
• Contribute to operational excellence and continuous process improvements for the department.
• Determine and communicate possible sales opportunities for additional products and services based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Assist the Service Administration Department with other related administrative activities in the department.

Qualifications :

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience working in customer service or dispatching.
• Experience scheduling service calls
• ERP system experience
