The Security Office Manager will provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed by approximately 10 security personnel. This role will facilitate Government and Contractor communications apply industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities and ensure all tasks are accomplished in accordance with requirements. The Security Office Manager will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the teams performance and will assist the Government with financial and business processes in collaboration with the Program Management Team.
This position requires full-time onsite attendance Monday through Friday in the Baltimore metropolitan area.

12 years of experience may have supervisory or management experience
Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) required
3 years of experience within the last 10 years managing a security program of similar size and complexity

Target Salary Range
$135000 - $216000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
