PRO Pediatric Services is seeking exceptional Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide services at a local school district.

Job Details:

• Location:Near Scranton PA area
• Schedule: Full-time approximately 7 hours per day. M-F during normal school day hours. This is an hourly position; you are only paid for the hours that you work.
• Caseload: K-12
• Requirements: Must have experience implementing behavior plans and working with children with severe behaviors
• Additional Details:BTs will work with students during the school calendar year and will follow the school calendar for days off holidays etc. Summers are off; ESY may be available but is not guaranteed.

• Interested in becoming an RBT We offer support and programs to help Behavioral Technicians get their RBT certification and provide FREE BCBA student supervision.

What You Bring:

• Must have High Diploma or equivalent
• Must have minimum one year demonstrated experience working in a school setting preferably with students with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Must be comfortable working with children who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
• 40-Hour RBT training is required
• Must be comfortable using a computer
• Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards
• Current clearances (within 6 months)
