Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in civil design projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop detailed design plans.
- Review and analyze project specifications and drawings for accuracy.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Mentor and train junior technicians and support team development.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or further education is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil design or related field.
- Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices related to civil engineering.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
