- Perform advanced mechanical and electrical assembly while maintaining high quality standards
- Troubleshoot assembly testing and integration issues to ensure product reliability
- Interpret engineering drawings electrical schematics and assembly procedures
- Mentor and train junior technicians on assembly techniques and best practices
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality
- Utilize SAP and MES systems to manage production activities work orders and inventory transactions
- Perform testing inspection and fault finding on assembled equipment
- Collaborate with engineering manufacturing quality and operations teams to resolve technical issues
- Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment while meeting delivery schedules and quality objectives
- Follow manufacturing safety and regulatory procedures throughout the production lifecycle
- Experience in Medical Device or Automotive manufacturing environments
- Experience assembling robotic systems or automated capital equipment
- Knowledge of MES platforms and manufacturing automation
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience working in highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
